Hi, I’m Kelly!
I provide individual therapy for adults and feel truly honored to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged.
I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, stress, trauma, perfectionism, spiritual concerns, and life transitions. These experiences can affect how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through the world. You don’t have to carry those burdens alone.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported as you heal, gain clarity, and move toward a life with greater freedom and purpose—not just surviving, but truly thriving.
My approach
I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to share even the hardest or scariest thoughts without fear of shame or rejection. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about your experiences and know that you will be met with empathy, respect, and understanding.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, learn new ways to cope with difficult thoughts and emotions, and begin moving toward the life they want to live. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is watching clients discover their own strength, resilience, and ability to grow.
In our work together, we’ll explore what you’re going through at a pace that feels right for you. Through a compassionate and collaborative process, I help clients gain insight, develop helpful tools, and move toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
